Do I need an account?
No. Revanch works without an account or sign-up. Your profile, your schedule, your favorites and your photos stay on your phone.
What's free?
The quote of the day, its notification, its widget, sharing as an image and your streak, with no time limit. Every day, one quote on us in each “I need…”. You can also preview every background and every font. The subscription unlocks every quote, up to twenty reminders a day, the widget that changes every hour, favorites, the styles and the wallpaper.
How does the free trial work?
On the yearly plan, the first three days are free for new subscribers. We remind you the day before the trial ends: cancel before then in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and you pay nothing. The monthly plan has no trial.
Are the quotes in English?
Yes. Most were first written in English and appear in their original words. When a quote was first written in French, you read it translated, and the French original is one tap away. The app follows your phone's language, and you can switch to French in Settings.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes, with the subscription: up to twelve, on top of the app's 57 photos. They're copied into the app's folder and never leave your phone.
How do I add the widget?
On iPhone and iPad: long-press the Home Screen, tap "Edit" then "Add Widget", and search for Revanch. On Android: long-press the Home Screen, tap "Widgets", and search for Revanch. The guide is also in the app's Settings.
Can I change my profile?
Anytime, in Settings, and you can pick several. The quotes follow right away.
How do I cancel the subscription?
From your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
